malbet Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "malbet," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operating entity behind the malbet platform accessible at malbet.lat.
• "Platform" refers to the malbet website, all pages accessible therein, all gaming and betting services offered, and all associated software and infrastructure.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who registers for or uses a malbet account.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the PKR value of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit values credited to a Player's Account by malbet.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification, consisting of government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport) and any additional documentation malbet may reasonably request.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used on the Platform.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their current and any subsequently amended form.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the malbet Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the Platform, you irrevocably acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement in full;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• You consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the malbet Privacy Policy;
• You accept all risk associated with real-money gaming and betting activity;
• You are not accessing the Platform in breach of any law applicable in your jurisdiction.

malbet reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication at malbet.lat/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register a malbet account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Provide a valid Pakistani mobile number in the format +92 XXXXXXXXXX;
• Provide a valid email address to which you have exclusive access;
• Create a secure, unique password;
• Provide accurate information in all required registration fields — false information constitutes a breach of this Agreement;
• Not already hold an active or previously closed malbet account.

3.3 One Account Policy

malbet enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances held in those accounts may be voided.

3.4 KYC Verification

malbet reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. malbet will not accept expired identification documents. Documents must be clearly legible and unaltered.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and activity of your malbet Account. Your obligations as an Account holder include:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and never sharing your password with any third party;
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, particularly when accessing your account from new or shared devices;
• Notifying malbet immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensuring that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up-to-date — you are obligated to notify malbet of any material changes to your registration details;
• Not accessing your Account while intoxicated or while in a self-excluded period.

malbet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

5. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the malbet Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). malbet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges outside of malbet's control.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, NayaPay, USDT (TRC20), BTC, ETH, and retail cash deposits via OTC partners. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard and are subject to change.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including shared accounts, business accounts not in your name, or anonymous payment methods not linked to your verified identity — may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at malbet are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposit at malbet where required by our AML procedures;
• Any Bonus Funds or winnings generated from Bonus Funds must have met all applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal of those funds is permitted;
• malbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further verification;
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 5 to 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa for verified accounts, though malbet does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe;
• malbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds, and to delay processing of such withdrawals for a reasonable period while those checks are conducted.

malbet does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network fees which are deducted from the withdrawal amount. The current fee schedule is displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by malbet are subject to specific terms set out at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all malbet bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus may be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are used in accordance with the bonus terms for that promotion;
• Wagering Requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the real-money wallet or withdrawn;
• Bonuses have expiry dates — unused Bonus Funds and unmet Wagering Requirements expire automatically at the stated deadline;
• malbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting, or placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account closure;
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until all applicable conditions are satisfied.

PSL season promotions and other cricket-specific offers at malbet are governed by the same general conditions above plus any cricket-specific addendum published with that promotion.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the malbet Platform, you accept the following:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. malbet does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a sporting event is cancelled or postponed in accordance with our sports betting rules;
• malbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed malfunction — any such voids will be communicated to affected Players promptly;
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game session or live bet, malbet will resolve the outcome by reference to server-side records. If the outcome cannot be determined from server records, the bet will be voided and stakes returned;
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of certified live dealers and are final. RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software and are final;
• malbet sets minimum and maximum stake limits on all betting and gaming products. These limits are displayed on the relevant product page and are subject to periodic review.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the malbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to derive an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or malbet staff to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal purpose;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently after using deposited funds on the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, where malbet's licence does not extend;
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your Account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the malbet Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, game graphics, software, text, design layouts, promotional materials, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive property of malbet or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from malbet.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

malbet collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering at malbet, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

malbet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

malbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player base. The following tools are available to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up reminders at set intervals during gameplay to help you track time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, you cannot deposit, place bets, or access games.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a defined minimum period of 6 months, exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the exclusion period. Attempts to re-register during a self-exclusion period will be refused and any deposits returned.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

malbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to void or withhold balances, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested;
• Evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the Account;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9;
• A Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, malbet reserves the right to retain any balance pending investigation and to offset any losses or costs resulting from that breach against retained funds. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via a payment method used for deposit.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting malbet support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course following account closure subject to verification requirements.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, malbet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

malbet is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from your use of the Platform in breach of this Agreement;
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data;
• Any failure or delay in platform performance due to circumstances beyond malbet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, government actions, or force majeure events;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party content accessible via the Platform.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by malbet's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

malbet may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revisions will be published at malbet.lat/terms-conditions with the updated effective date. Where revisions are material, malbet will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address held on their Account. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which malbet holds its operating gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact malbet's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally. If the dispute is not resolved informally within that period, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body under our licensing jurisdiction.

Game and bet outcome disputes will be resolved exclusively by reference to malbet's server-side records, which shall be considered conclusive evidence of the outcome. Discrepancies between client-side display and server-side records will be resolved in favour of the server-side record.
